    I need access to 'support' to address some problems

    I need support but there is no phone # and when I attempt to email through the 'support' tab, an error message occurs. I need to import an excel contact list and also correct a payment error (I input an incorrect amount). The program doesn't seem to allow me to delete the incorrect amount.

    I will look into the support email problem.  In the meantime, you can email info@opentravelcrm.com or post a question here.

    Importing from an Excel spreadsheet is pretty easy if you click on the sample spreadsheet that is located on the import screen (click My Account / Import Contacts) and then click on the Sample Spreadsheet link.  Make sure that the heading stay on the sample spreadsheet and copy your data onto that sheet.  Then save the spreadsheet and browse to find the file and click import.
