    error messages

    I have a question?  I am a new user, i signed up after attending a webinar on mailpound.  I am a home based agent

    and i think your service is terrific.  But there have been some major problems lately.  When I went to add a new client and then

    add a trip, when I click save it takes me to an error screen.  Is there a glitch in the system.  Please advise.

    You can send in a support request by clicking the support icon in the top menu.

     Can you describe the error and the type of entry that you were making (air, car, hotel)?  I have been trying to reproduce the problem and have not been able to.  It creates a contact and a booking without a problem.
